Introduction . Natural deep eutectic solvents (DESs) are promising extractants for many biologically active substances from plant raw materials. They biodegradable, safe, stable, their production is affordable and easily feasible, the extraction efficiency comparable to known organic solvents. In this regard, interest in has been steadily growing recent years, they being used various fields of chemistry, pharmaceuticals food industry. Aim The purpose work was study possibility extracting flavonoids materials using solvents, as well compare with traditional Materials methods carried out collection a composition consisting herb motherwort cordial (common motherwort) ( Leonurus cardiaca L .), St. John's wort Hypericum perforatum lemon balm Melissa officinalis .) creeping thyme (thyme) Thymus serpyllum ratio 4 : 2.5 1, crushed particle size 2–3 mm. 21 based on betaine hydrochloride choline bitartrate hydrogen bond acceptors were extractants. Conclusion recovery obtained even slightly exceeds that classic extractant investigated – 70 ethyl alcohol. Further development optimization process direction chemistry pharmaceutical technology.
